I really like the design. Looks great and carries well. The only suggestion is to make the zipper “medal tags” a little bit bigger. Hard to grab at times.

Love the bag!! As a Flight Attendant; my FTL bag has limited the amount of bags im taking on my trios and also helps me be more organized and take more items of need without the extra bags. The quality is great! My only opportunity with the bag is the button snap on the handles doesn't stay snapped in place but, overall, its a great bag and im glad I made the investment!

Love this bag! Versatile for a business trip or if you just want to pack nice clothes! The garment bag has a hanger in it. Folds up neatly. Shoe compartment goes all the way through the length of the bag so size 12 shoes fit without cramming them. The construction is premium quality. This thing looks awesome! The box arrived heavily damaged and open on one full side. However the bag inside was just fine.
Very good (traveling) bag and also can be put to very good use for your daily life such as going to the gym. the customer service from Ryan and Xander is excellent.....Our 1st bag was peeling off and we were able to purchase the newer updated version of the PRO bag at a discounted price, which we appreciate very much.
Haven’t traveled with yet but it looks fantastic! I’m used to traveling with a small backpack as a personal item but this is much better for my 1 to 2 week trips from the looks of it. Awesome bag. Needed an everyday bag but also a good bag to go to the gym in. It’s got plenty of room for laptop, books, shoes, and extra gym clothes. Looks good, very comfortable, and most importantly durable along the zippers and other attachment points.

What is your return policy and product warranty?
We want you to love your product, but if you don’t for whatever reason we at the very least want you to love your experience with FTL.
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, just reach out via email or our website.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. We unfortunately cannot accept returns of monogrammed bags.We also offer a 1 year warranty on all products where we will replace the product for any damages to the product outside of normal wear and tear (small cosmetic issues like scratches or stains). Any damage to hardware or issues that are not reasonably expected for a bag we will cover.
Do you sell in retail stores?
Unfortunately not right now! But we are hoping to soon. We do warehouse a lot of our inventory in NYC so if you want to see a bag in person in NY that can be arranged, just reach out.
Occasionally we do pop-ups and events in different cities so follow us on Instagram or sign up for email list to see if we're ever in your city.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
For US-based, non-monogrammed orders: Orders will typically ship out next business day. Once shipped it typically takes ~3 days to arrive. We have fulfillment centers in Brooklyn, New York and Atlanta, Georgia.
For monogrammed orders it will take 5-7 business days for your product to ship out of our embroidery center in Northern California and then will arrive ~3 days after that.For international orders processing times will vary but the product should arrive within 10 days of when the order was placed.
