What is your return policy and product warranty?

We want you to love your product, but if you don’t for whatever reason we at the very least want you to love your experience with FTL.

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, just reach out via email or our website.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. We unfortunately cannot accept returns of monogrammed bags.We also offer a 1 year warranty on all products where we will replace the product for any damages to the product outside of normal wear and tear (small cosmetic issues like scratches or stains). Any damage to hardware or issues that are not reasonably expected for a bag we will cover.

Do you sell in retail stores?

Unfortunately not right now! But we are hoping to soon. We do warehouse a lot of our inventory in NYC so if you want to see a bag in person in NY that can be arranged, just reach out.

Occasionally we do pop-ups and events in different cities so follow us on Instagram or sign up for email list to see if we're ever in your city.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

For US-based, non-monogrammed orders: Orders will typically ship out next business day. Once shipped it typically takes ~3 days to arrive. We have fulfillment centers in Brooklyn, New York and Atlanta, Georgia.

For monogrammed orders it will take 5-7 business days for your product to ship out of our embroidery center in Northern California and then will arrive ~3 days after that.For international orders processing times will vary but the product should arrive within 10 days of when the order was placed.
