Love the bag- great quality and nice embroidery. The shipping takes a very long time, I would order about one month before you need it. Shipping at checkout was inaccurate for me, but the bag is/was worth the wait!
Very long time to get the bag. It was longer than the time intended when I ordered. I had to email to get it, but once I got it, it has been amazing.
Just used it on my first overnight trip since I received it and was easily able to fit work clothes, dress shoes, workout clothes, toiletries and my laptop/charger. This all fit in the bag and bag fit under the seat as advertised. Incredibly happy with this purchase!
Received my FTL Pro earlier today and it exceeds all expectations for a professional business travel bag. I travel frequently for business and have used garment duffel bags, backpacks, carry on rollers and briefcases. With this bag I now have the perfect 3-5 day travel bag that will allow me to pack efficiently for all possible functions. I will NEVER be forced to check a bag again. Excellent customer service! Even though my order arrived later than expected, the owners were very responsive to my inquiries and worked really hard to get the bag to me before an upcoming trip. I emailed and had a call with them and they went above and beyond to try to expedite my order. It ultimately arrived just in time for my trip. The bag is great, it’s attractive, spacious and feels of great quality.

I bought this bag for 2–3 day business trips and had been looking for something with a dedicated shoe compartment. I’ve now used the FTL bag on three short trips, and it’s worked perfectly. The shoe compartment has been my favorite feature so far, and the bag itself looks incredible—I’ve already received a ton of compliments. The strap, zippers, and materials all feel very high quality. The laptop compartment is a nice addition, though it does push slightly into the main compartment. I chose the larger open compartment (instead of the garment bag style) and really prefer it. I’m able to fit my laptop and files, a pair of dress shoes, flip flops, a toiletry bag, and three packing cubes without any problem. Overall, it’s a really solid bag. I’m loving it so far and would definitely recommend it

Awesome bag. I just used it on a vacation and it perfectly complimented my larger roller. They optimized it so it fits perfectly under the airplane seat, but it still fits so much stuff. The finish is also really cool, it's not leather, but it doesn't have a cheap pleather feel. It's smooth and luxurious. We'll see how it holds up over time, but I'm confident this will be a staple for all of my travel in the future. The green color is also a perfect match for my other green luggage.

I really like the bag. It is substantial and fit nicely under the seat in front of me. With a carry-on and personal item I was able to travel with a full week worth of clothes without having to check anything. The only issue I had was the little snap that holds the handles together failed early on. It is bothersome because with out it, the handles flop around and are a nuisance. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Haven't broken it in on a trip yet, but I love the form and quality of the bag. I will put it through its paces here in the next month as I travel near and far. More to follow.
Beautiful bag but I find the small fabric pocket with the zipper on top to be too small and when bag is packed this pocket becomes kinda useless. Also the bag gets a little unbalanced when a laptop is in side sleeve holder. Do like it other than that. Thank you!!
The bag is nice. I’ve made on trip with it and found that while it does technically fit under the seat, it extends into your feet area significantly. Also a little trouble getting it off the handle of my other carry on.
Bag is too small especially when a pair of shoes is added. Not the bag for me.
I have only had the bag for about 3 weeks and the green material is already peeling off like a cheap coating. Very dissapointing considering the bag is $300.
I do not like the feel of the bag and it is not roomy like I thought from watching the video.

What is your return policy and product warranty?
We want you to love your product, but if you don’t for whatever reason we at the very least want you to love your experience with FTL.
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, just reach out via email or our website.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. We unfortunately cannot accept returns of monogrammed bags.We also offer a 1 year warranty on all products where we will replace the product for any damages to the product outside of normal wear and tear (small cosmetic issues like scratches or stains). Any damage to hardware or issues that are not reasonably expected for a bag we will cover.
Do you sell in retail stores?
Unfortunately not right now! But we are hoping to soon. We do warehouse a lot of our inventory in NYC so if you want to see a bag in person in NY that can be arranged, just reach out.
Occasionally we do pop-ups and events in different cities so follow us on Instagram or sign up for email list to see if we're ever in your city.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
For US-based, non-monogrammed orders: Orders will typically ship out next business day. Once shipped it typically takes ~3 days to arrive. We have fulfillment centers in Brooklyn, New York and Atlanta, Georgia.
For monogrammed orders it will take 5-7 business days for your product to ship out of our embroidery center in Northern California and then will arrive ~3 days after that.For international orders processing times will vary but the product should arrive within 10 days of when the order was placed.
